Morris Stutzman has been an attorney at the law firm of Logee, Hostetler, Stutzman & Lehman since 1975 where he engages in the general practice of law with an emphasis on the areas of corporate and business law, business transactions, employment law, succession planning, real estate, estate planning, and insurance law. He also counsels numerous tax-exempt and charitable organizations. He has served as the firm's managing partner since 1990.
Morris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bluffton University in 1972 where he graduated with honors and his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1975.
Morris is a member of the American, Ohio and Wayne County Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, the Ohio Land Title Association and the Wayne - Holmes Estate Planning Council. He is also a member and chair of the Board of Directors of Mennonite Mutual Insurance Company and a member and secretary of the Board of Directors of Wayne Mutual Insurance Company and Washington Mutual Insurance Association.
Morris has been active in a variety of civic and charitable organizations. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Bluffton University since 1982, serving as chair of the Board since 2001. He is also a member and chair of the Board of Trustees of OrrVilla Retirement Community and previously served as a member of the Board of Wooster Interfaith Housing Corporation and as a member and president of the Wayne County Chapter of the American Heart Association.
